Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms cover your use of the Foldroute game and this website. By installing or playing the game, you agree to them.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Foldroute on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

2. Your save data

Your progress is stored on your device only. We keep no copy and cannot restore it for you, so if you delete the app, reset your device or lose it, your progress goes with it. Purchases are separate: they belong to your store account and can be restored (see below).

3. Purchases

Foldroute is free to play, with 240 boards and the Daily Fold included, and shows occasional ads between puzzles. Optional purchases are one-time and permanent; nothing in the game is a subscription or a consumable. They are:

4. Acceptable use

Do not bypass or tamper with purchases or ads, share or resell modified copies of the game, use automated tools to submit leaderboard scores, or interfere with the services the game relies on.

5. Availability and changes

The boards play offline, so the game keeps working without us. A few features, such as ads, purchases, the daily leaderboard and the settings file described in the privacy policy, need an internet connection. We may update, change or remove features, boards or items, and we may switch a feature off if it is not working properly.

6. Intellectual property

The game, its name, artwork, audio and code are owned by us or our licensors. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of the game, including on monetised streams and channels. Please do not present them as your own work or suggest we endorse you.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost save data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are an agreement between you and THINKLAB LLC, 17434 Bellflower Blvd, Ste 200-177, Bellflower, CA 90706. They are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
